What can I say? It's Dunkin Donuts! When I go to various Dunkin Donut shops, I expect all the donuts to taste the same from shop to shop. What I do look for is the cleanliness of the shop and how courteous the employees are. What I do get on a somewhat regular basis is the iced coffee with cream and sugar. This Dunkin consistently makes it the same and puts in the same amount of sugar and cream every time I have gone there. I can appreciate that. I did try the Oreo Cookie flavored iced coffee. It was not bad but I will stick to my regular iced coffee. Of course my favorite donut is the blueberry cake donut, hands down. Brings back childhood memories of all things sweet and good. Hot donuts can stay hot somewhere else, just give me the blueberry cake donut. Thank you for being consistent!

Love this place! I go through the drive thru every day I work to get my coffee. The girls in the drive thru even remember to give me a straw with my coffee now! Awesome service!!

clean store but ran nearly out of donuts before 10:30 am during the holidays; very disappointing and will not go back; sad that Dunkin Donuts doesn't get it; your donuts are marginal and service and location are your only benefits; when you can't service orders due to limited donuts, I have no use for the store no matter how good the location is

I don't visit Dunkin Donuts often but I had a free medium beverage coupon so I decided to give their new dark hot chocolate a try. I thought it was good and didn't mind that they make it with water instead of milk since I'm lactose adverse.

I walked in and there was one person in line, she had already been taken care of and was waiting on her order. I saw 3 women behind the counter, one who I assume is the manager (wearing blue shadow to match her shirt) was walking around holding pieces of paper and chatting with the other 2 girls. I got ignored by her, second girl was the drive thru girl was laughing and talking and ignored me too. Finally the third woman asks me for my order which I gave her, a pink donut with sprinkles and an Oreo square cheesecake donut, a medium iced coffee, extra, extra. Pretty simple order, an order that I had to repeat twice. She asked me to repeat it because as I was giving her my order she was involved in the conversation the blue shadow girl and drive thru girl were having. As I'm waiting a line forms behind me, the blue shadow girl is still standing holding her sheets of paper doing nothing, my girl is making my coffee and the drive thru is still chatting. Then another guy appears from the back and starts helping out. Why was he not called out as the line was forming? I finally get my coffee and all was well. The interior is nice and clean and it's a new place. They have outdoor seating with big umbrellas. The girl who took care of me was pleasant but I didn't appreciate having to repeat myself because she was too busy chatting. As I got in my car and put my toddler in her car seat I saw 2 cars pull up next to me. They were waiting for their orders. Another girl who I didn't see inside comes out with an order and hands it to one of the people waiting, the lady tells her that she is missing her 2 coffees. They couldn't get it right. Very pleasant workers but they are more interested in each other and their conversations than helping customers and getting them on their way quickly. I would not use their drive thru and would not expect much if I ever go back. My little one is a donut lover so I'm sure I'll be back but only out of necessity lol.

I'm not that fond with a couple of the people that work there. I always have to repeat my order at the window with a certain guy and one of the store managers was not very friendly. She didn't really acknowledge me, didn't even say have a good day to me. Other than that, my coffee has always been made well every time i go there that is the only reason i don't call and complain about the employees.

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts when I am in the Carol Stream area! The staff is awesome! I always ask them what their favorite donut is (if they even eat donuts) and it's been different among all staff here! The staff here loves jelly, chocolate/vanilla kreme (my favorites), and strawberry frosted (another one of my personal favorites). This place is surrounded by great restaurant options like Village Tavern, Culver's, and even a KFC! I think they are putting a Pizza Hut Express next to the KFC (even though there is a Pizza Hut next to the McDonald's! You might as well call Schmale the restaurant row of Carol Stream! LOVE THIS PLACE!

This Dunkin Donuts has the nicest staff of any Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot of Dunkin locations. I have been to this location at least ten times and I always leave with a smile and delicious treat.
